I. Scope of Services

• Publisher outreach on behalf of clients
• Curated publisher prospect lists

All services are delivered based on the agreed scope, requirements, and timelines discussed prior to order confirmation.

II. Order Confirmation

Work will only begin once:

• Service details are clearly defined and agreed upon
• Full payment has been received

Any changes to the scope after confirmation may result in additional charges or adjusted timelines.

III. Pricing & Payments

• All pricing is communicated and agreed upon before work begins
• Payments are required upfront unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed via secure PayPal invoicing
• No hidden fees. Any additional costs will be communicated and approved before proceeding

IV. Timeline

Estimated turnaround times are provided for each service but may vary depending on:

• Publisher response times
• Content revisions or approvals
• External factors beyond our control

We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

V. Content & Approval

• Content may be provided by Key Media Bridge or the client, depending on the agreement
• Clients may request reasonable revisions before publication, with possible additional charges
• Final content approval depends on the party hosting (publisher) the article

VI. Publisher Placement & Outreach

• We work with a network of independent publishers
• While we make every effort to secure placements, final approval rests with the publishers
• We do not guarantee placement on specific websites unless explicitly agreed

VII. Link Placement & Maintenance

We aim to secure long-term placements; however, publishers retain control over their websites.

If a link is removed within 6 months, we will review the case and offer a refund or reasonable replacement where possible.

VIII. No Guarantee of SEO Results

Our services are designed to support SEO performance.

However, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or outcomes, as these depend on multiple external factors.

IX. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if services have not yet been delivered.

X. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
• Ensure that requested content and links comply with applicable laws and guidelines
• Refrain from directly contacting or attempting to contact our publishers without prior consent, as these relationships are part of our network and service delivery

XI. Limitation of Liability

Key Media Bridge shall not be held liable for:

• Changes in search engine algorithms
• Publisher actions (e.g., content edits, link removals)
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services

XII. Confidentiality

All client information and project details will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

XIII. Modifications

Key Media Bridge reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
